We’re excited to be recruiting a Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic Online Technology team within our Tech Services department.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the development of a wide range of technology projects while helping to shape the effective day-to-day management of our development teams.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, proactively unblocking issues, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring priorities are clearly understood across teams. Working closely with cross-departmental stakeholders, you’ll bring experience of delivering complex technology initiatives—ideally within Scrum environments—and confidently drive progress and outcomes with minimal oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through to launch and post-launch optimizations without Senior Project Management support

  • Own the project roadmap, timelines and overall delivery strategy

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity without dropping momentum

  • Translate technical information into concise language for executive reporting

  • Understand integrations, environments and release processes well enough to manage these confidently

  • Drive quality in releases by ensuring testing, documentation and handovers are up to standard

  • Maintain a clear, proactive view of risks, issues and blockers with mitigation plans in place

  • Identify resource constraints early and propose solutions

  • Build and refine Project Management frameworks to ensure repeatable, scalable delivery

  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies

  • Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication, ensuring documentation, status reports and stakeholder updates are clear and accurate

  • Create and maintain project documentation e.g., functionality specifications

  • Facilitate project meetings such as kick-off meetings and status updates

  • Capture and track meeting minutes, decisions and action items with consistent follow up

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and resolving conflicts when required

  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute clear, constructive viewpoints in meetings across teams undefined

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4-7 + years proven experience delivering projects end-to-end

  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, whilst prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines

  • Strong record of managing cross-functional teams

  • Self-driven and autonomous in decision making

  • Proven experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with Scrum Master certification and experience

  • Proficient with delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence and Smartsheet

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with rigorous attention to detail

  • Familiarity with, or even experience, from the gaming industry is considered as an advantage
