Our function act as a navigator for SEGA's Senior Management team. We deliver many aspects of information, analytics and guidance to enhance our senior management directions.

We fit into the wider Commercial Publishing department, and we cover disciplines such as marketing, PR, Community, Events, Consumer Insights, Web & CRM, and Creative Services.

Our Commercial Publishing department comprises our EMEA Physical and Digital Sales Teams, and our operations team. 

We collaborate across most of the business. We oversee Health & Safety, making sure everyone is comfortable and safe whilst working in the office, from abroad and from home. 

Our team offers a whole host of creative skills: include graphic and digital design, video editing, branding, animation, packaging, event design, concept ideation, illustration, and creative input.

We are responsible for paying salaries, bringing in payments from clients, handling invoices from suppliers, settling bills for rent and utilities, and much more.

The HR team are responsible for SEGA’s people and culture. The talent teams focus on our culture, ensuring a great and enriching employee experience; from the first introduction in the recruitment process through the whole employment experience.

We provide legal support to our business, including agreement negotiation, intellectual property protection and dispute management.

The Online Technology group is responsible for a wide range of systems and services.
The group is made up of five core teams: Web Development, Online Services Development, Live Operation Engineering, Live Operations Monitoring and Data Services.  

Our key functions include Quality Assurance, Localisation, Production, Release Management, Technical Services and Customer Support.
