How we work
Our people enjoy the flexibility of working 2 days in the office and up to 3 days from home.
SEGA connect days
The office is a destination for collaborative working, creativity and a sense of community and our regular Our teams choose which two days work best for them to be in the office. Wednesdays are our social days where we have our company shout out as well as our social and employee organised events.

We also understand that our employees have commitments outside of the workplace, so employees can choose when to work outside of our core hours.
Neighbourhoods
It’s a very informal and fluid arrangement, which means you have the flexibility to move around the office if, for example, you are working across departments. In amongst the departmental neighbourhoods, we have a variety of communal or shared spaces which are more specifically designed for activity based working, connecting and collaborating
Our Location
At the heart of SEGA is our Publishing & Studio Operations team based at our HQ in Brentford, West London, where we help the studios bring their creative vision to life.
