DEN @ SEGA

The DEN @ SEGA is a network run by SEGA staff that aims to support colleagues with disabilities or chronic illnesses, those who care for others, and our accessibility allies across the business. They support and celebrate diversity, promoting positive attitudes whilst raising awareness of disability issues. 

RISE

Formerly known as the BAME Network, RISE at SEGA is run for and by SEGA staff. As a group, they embrace their individuality, yet believe that we are all united through our beliefs of equality. Their main aim is to help promote a supportive working environment for colleagues of minority ethnic origin at SEGA.

SEGA Pride

SEGA Pride is a staff-led network for all things LGBTQ+ who aim to support SEGA staff and SEGA as a whole in LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion. SEGA Pride functions as a creative and inclusive space for those identifying and/or exploring their LGBTQ+ identities and for allies of this community.

SEGA Minds

SEGA Minds aims to create a healthy and positive work environment that actively supports and promotes the mental wellbeing of all employees. SEGA understands that trust, support, and mutual respect are important within the workplace. 

Women at SEGA

Women at SEGA work to promote the inclusion, advancement, and retention of women in the games industry and more specifically within the SEGA family. 

Momiji

Momiji celebrates SEGA’s Japanese heritage by sharing their passion for the language and culture. The Momiji team hosting Japanese language classes for beginners and for advanced levels, organising events around the Japanese culture, such as tea ceremonies, calligraphy, and much more!

VIBE

VIBE is the SEGA Social Committee group dedicated to stimulating good vibes to the SEGA family, through fun social activities/events and gifting: Such as  fundraising events, cinema trips, Valentine’s Day cupcakes, winter gift boxes and Christmas office decorations.

This includes the introduction of Gender Transitioning and Social Media policies and updates to our Whistleblowing and Anti-Harassment & Bullying policies. We're planning to Launch an Inclusive Behaviours Framework and associated training to educate staff on how to act in an inclusive way and foster a working environment that we can all be proud of.
