Zed & Morgana

Strategic problem solving is something that underpins every facet of our work within Central Marketing. Don’t underestimate the importance of showing how you’ve identified a commercial challenge and solved it with an effective, creative solution. This goes a long way to showing you’re a good fit for the team!

Dan Lazarides

VP Central Marketing

I always conduct interviews to assess how candidates interact with our team. Since we spend a significant amount of time working together to handle data and present it to various stakeholders, it is crucial for us that candidates' applications demonstrate that they can effectively communicate and collaborate. We particularly value candidates who are curious and possess strong interpersonal skills, as they tend to integrate seamlessly into SEGA and our team.

Natsuko Kojima

Director of Business Planning

Creative thinking is at the heart of everything we do in the communications team. When interviewing new candidates, we want to see you flex those skills and show us something exciting that we might not have thought of before!

Peter Oliver

Central Communications Director

It's all about experience and/or attitude! If you're just starting out your career, we'd be looking for someone who shows they can take initiative, is inquisitive and can demonstrate that they have done their research into the role we're looking to hire. If you're a seasoned professional the same applies but relevant experience is key, so we'd be looking for you to evidence that in your CV as well as throughout the interview process. No question is a silly question!
