 The Role 

As a Senior Development Manager, you will drive predictable and reliable delivery of exceptional player

experiences.



What you’ll be doing 

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Align the team around product vision, creative direction, and player expectations.

  • Own project delivery across scope / budget / quality.

  • Foster high-trust, collaborative, accountable team culture with clear ownership and autonomy.

  • Drive effective communication practices and maintaining project health visibility.

  • Actively engaging with the gaming industry and staying current with gaming trends.

  • Drive the project planning process that gives constant visibility on the overall status of development

  • Plan and execute the short and long-term schedules and reporting to ensure efficient, reliable, and accurate delivery

  • Define and continuously improve the development process using the best methodology possible to deliver predictable quality. · Anticipate and solve problems independently, and collaboratively with the project leadership.

What we are looking for 

Essential 

  • Exceptional organisational skills. Driven and self-motivated

  • Has worked on multiple game projects from pre-production through to post-release

  • Is passionate about games and understands what makes an experience fun and impactful

  • Communicates effectively across disciplines, functions, and cultures

  • Coaches teams to succeed, rather than directing every decision

  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in risk management

  • Strong planning and project management skills. An instinct for coordinating and focussing on separate moving parts at one time

  • Experience delivering games in an agile development environment while working to strict timelines

  • Ability to utilise knowledge of multiple project management methodologies to best suit the team and project needs

  • Excellent problem-solving skills. You will be aware of potential and current issues and formulate pragmatic plans to solve them

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge and experience using MS Office applications especially Excel and JIRA.

Desirable ·

  • Experience with scaled agile

  • Knowledge of the Total War Franchise.
