Location: SEGA HQ Brentford, Hybrid working (3-days per week in-office)Reporting to: Director, Customer Strategy   Job Overview:  As a CRM Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing engaging and high performing CRM communication across SEGA’s Western IP globally. This role works alongside the CRM Manager and the relevant Product Marketing Manager to design and execute best-in-class communication appropriate for both the target audience and SEGA’s commercial strategy.   Key Responsibilities:  

  • Work with the CRM manager in developing a creative strategy for CRM communications to ensure SEGA achieves high performance metrics and consistency in visual style in promotions and publisher-led campaigns 
  • Work with the brand and product marketing teams to develop CRM communications that are extensions to the game experience and brand style, working with style guides and direct feedback from key stakeholders 
  • Review and action insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) to adapt future design decisions and established best practice 
  • Keep up to date with design trends and work with the Creative Services team to review how these trends can apply to the CRM campaigns of both SEGA and its IP 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within studios and publishing teams to help maintain clear communications channels as they relate to our CRM campaigns 
  • Alongside the CRM Manager, ensure regular knowledge-sharing sessions are maintained between the London and Irvine offices 
  • Jointly lead presentations (with CRM Manager) back to the business on the successes and/or challenges from our CRM campaigns to socialise the commercial impact of our CRM communications 

 Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of experience in designing CRM communications.  
  • Experience using Figma design software and the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. 
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering cutting-edge creative work 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges. 
  • Experience using MovableINK is desirable
