We also have a leading benefits package to boot along with a collaborative and flexible working environment that people enjoy being a part of.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate for the Performance Marketing & Acquisition Manager role possesses a solid understanding of media planning, execution and has strong knowledge of the mobile free-to-play space. They will enhance and maintain customer marketing programs while executing user acquisition campaigns.Responsibilities

  • Create and analyse performance advertising (PA) media plans
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization campaigns via effective PA; work closely with the HQ SEM Team to deliver effective SEM advertising
  • Manage SEM, Facebook, Ad Network campaigns
  • Determine key PA messaging and email marketing campaigns, tasking relevant creative assets to support campaigns, and work with the Content and Art teams to fulfil the above
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend new PA traffic sources, ad networks and relevant platforms
  • Provide weekly reports and analysis by campaign and source to identify key trends, monitor campaign performance, and manage optimization
  • Consistently analyse channel results to optimize spending in order to meet or beat our plans
  • Execute and support assigned digital marketing activities related to individual projects/programs with the Marketing Team
  • Negotiate media buys and placement, and manage relevant agency and vendor relationships
  • Administrative duties such as fulfilment of sales orders for campaign execution

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in gaming or tech industries
  • Knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for Mobile games, an Internet service or online game
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Desirable

  • Strongly preferred experience in SEM, Facebook, Ad Networks
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for 4x, MMO type games
  • Strong familiarity with the games industry and online gaming communities
